Coronavirus Covid-19 impact on Travel
Due to the current situation with the coronavirus outbreak, local governments, airports and airlines around the world have taken proactive measures such as restricting airport- and flight operations.
We are currently doing all we can to handle all customer service requests by increasing the number of automated emails, moving large groups of resources to where it is needed the most and working overtime and weekends. Right now the workload on our customer service centers, similar to all companies in the travel industry, is unprecedented with the consequence that the waiting time for reaching our call centers is extraordinarily long.
Unfortunately, we're forced to prioritize calls to assist the customers who need our immediate support. We are handling all cases in the order that we receive them and we will inform you as soon as we have an update in your case.
